摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法确立了乒乓球教练员能力结构的构成要素以及各要素的重要程度;并对现役国家乒乓球队一队、二队教练员的能力结构进行评价和对比分析,从能力方面入手,探询他们成功的经验和可能存在的问题。以此对于高水平乒乓球教练员的能力培养提供一定的借鉴。With the combination of documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview in group, logical analysis, expert interview, and statistics analysis, the paper explores the components of the ability structure of advanced table tennis coaches and the importance degree of each elements which the specific structure includes. Based on the above analysis, this paper conducted an evaluation and comparative analysis on the ability structure of coaches in the first and second team of the Chinese national table tennis team. In the view of the ability, this study probes the successful experiences and potential existing problems, thereby providing the constructive references for the cultivation of the ability structure of advanced table tennis coaches.
