摘  要:目的由于相变墙板特殊的传热性能及不同的外界条件,有必要对相变墙板性能进行优化,使得相变墙板在设计和使用性能上得到改善.方法通过计算基材和相变材料混合制得的相变墙板的当量导热系数、分析相变材料在相变墙板中相对密度与吸放热关系、利用拉式变换法给出板壁围护结构的传递矩阵,对相变墙房间的复合墙板性能进行优化研究.结果得到以石膏板为基材制得相变墙板的当量导热系数要大于以麦壳石膏板为基材的相变墙板的当量导热系数.从热流的角度分析,墙板厚度增加一倍在单位时间内单位面积通过墙板的传热量就会减少50%.结论选用导热系数大的基材有利于墙体中相变材料的蓄热和放热,及相变墙板的选择应尽量采用薄的、相变材料(PCM)相对密度大的墙板.同时为了获得对外扰较大的衰减和延迟应将相变墙板放在房间内表面.Phase change materials (PCM) are combined with building matrix to make components of phase change energy storage in building. It is necessary to optimize phase change wallboards (PCW) in PCW room because of the special heat transfer performance of PCW and various outside conditions to better the design and function of phase change wallboards. This study computes equivalent thermal conductivity of PCW which is made of PCM and building matrix, analyzes the connection between weight percentage and heat transfer quantities, and uses transfer matrix of the wallboard structure to analyze position of wallboards. By computation, the equivalent thermal conductivity of PCW that is made of plasterboard as matrix is larger than wheat plasterboard's. In view of heat flow in wallboards, width of components of phase change energy storage should not be too great. If the breadth of PCW is doubled, heat transferred quantities through PCM will be reduced by half. In conclusion, it can affect exchanging heat of PCM in the wallboards to choose less thermal conductivity wallboard matrixes while it avails conserving and releasing energy to make use of more thermal conductivity wallboard matrixes. In order to improve the attenuation and delay of inner surface acting on inside air waves and heat flow and outer disturbance, to lay out PCW inside is a good way.
