摘　　要：为了进一步研究手写体不规则数码脱机识别技术,开发了手写体不规则数码识别软件,提出了一种新的识别方法——弧向判别法,对具有平滑特征的符号识别给出了一种可行的识别方法,实现中采用了查表细化法、数值重组等关键技术。实验表明,该软件识别的正确率在90%以上,大大地提高了工作效率。In order to study technology of handwriting irregular number offline recognition,this paper develops the handwriting irregular number recognition software,and presents a kind of recognition method - arc disting uishing,which provides a feasible recognition method for symbol identification of smooth feature.The critical technology,such as the method of retrieval thinning table and the way of value reshuffle.Experiment shows that the identification correct rate of arc distingguishing is not only more than 90% for 0～9 numbers written with various methods,but also for the improvement of work efficiency.
