改向铸造桩核烤瓷冠修复个别前牙错的美学探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨用铸造桩核烤瓷冠修复个别前牙错牙合,改善前牙排列的美学效果。方法:选择个别前牙错牙合的成年患者88例,在修复前进行完善的根管治疗,再采用铸造桩核烤瓷冠的方法修复。结果:通过三年的临床疗效观察,84例个别前牙错牙合患者修复效果良好,3例患者桩核脱落,1例患者烤瓷冠崩瓷。结论:改向铸造桩核烤瓷冠能有效地解决个别前牙错牙合患者的美学要求,但在修复中应严格把握适应证。Objective To explore a good way that use casting post and core PFM crown restored malocclusion of individual anterior teeth in order to improve the esthetic of anterior teeth. Methods 88 malocclusion of individual anterior teeth of adult patients were treated with root canal therapy and restored by casting post and core PFM crown. Results The restoration effect was assessed at 3 years.The effect of 84 malocclusion of individual anterior teeth were successful and 3 cases casting post and core fell off,1 PFM CROWN was broken. Conclusion The casting post that changed the angle and core PFM crown is a reliable method in treating the esthetic of malocclusion of individual anterior teeth, but its applicability should be used strictly.
