粉云母纸组成对环氧TOA体系凝胶化性能的影响

摘  要:本文用动态介电分析方法(DDA 方法)、热板法和红外光谱等手段研究了粉云母纸组成对大电机机主绝缘材料(环氧 TOA 复合体系)的凝胶化性能的影响.研究结果表明:绿云母使凝胶时间显著缩短,是 Cr^(3+)偏高的缘故;黑云母使凝胶时间大大增加,是由于 Fe^(3+)等的含量高.Cr^(3+)、Fe^(3+)是导致环氧 TOA 体系凝胶时间波动的主要因素;它们都使环氧 TOA 体系的活化能明显下降,使粉云母带的贮存稳定性变差.本文初步探讨了以上组成作用的机理.With the dynamic dielectric analysis,heating-plate and RI methods,the suthors study the influence of composition in powder-mica papers on gelation performance of the epoxy-TOA system used as the major insulation material of large electric machines.The experimental results show that the green mica causes the gelation time of epoxy-TOA system to become abviously short because of its high Cr^(3+) content.But the gelation time of black mica system is very long because of its high Fe^(3+) content.The high content of Cr^(3+) or Fe^(3+) is the main factor that results in the change of gelation time in epoxp-TOA system.That makes the activation energy of epoxyr-TOA system decrease obvio- usly and causes the store stability of powder-mica tape to become bad.The mechanism of the component action mentioned above is discussed in this paper.
