食管癌、贲门癌术后早期肠内营养疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌、贲门癌术后早期肠内营养(EntoralNutrition,EN)临床疗效。方法102例患者术后随机分两组,每组51例。治疗组术中预置十二指肠营养管,术后第2日行EN;对照组经外周静脉行肠外营养(ParenteralNurtrition,PN)。观察两组患者术后并发症,住院日,住院费用。结果术后并发症治疗组2例(3.95%),对照组5例(9.80%)差异无显著性(P>0.05);平均住院日治疗组(12.7±5.9)日,对照组(15.9±6.3)日,差异有显著性,(P<0.01);平均住院费用治疗组(13019.1±3127.5)元,对照组(15214.7±4128.1)元,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论食管癌、贲门癌术后经十二指肠营养管早期肠内营养,是对传统的静脉营养补充和发展,该方法安全、有效、经济,值得推广试用。Objective To evaluate the effects of early post operatine Enteral nutrition in esophageal and cardia cancer surgery.Methods 102 patients were randomly allocated into 2groups.51 patients in treatment group all had a Duodenum nutrition tube during the operation the enteral feeding, started within the two days postoperatively, 51 patients in control group.Received total parenteral nutrition via peripheral vein portoperativerly.To observe the complications,overall cost and time in hospital.Results The comptiations in EN group(3.95%) significantly were lower than PN group(9.80%), (P>0.05). The overall time in hospital of EN and PN group were(12.7±5.9) days and (15.9±6.3) days,(P<0.01). The overall cost in hospital were (13019.1±3127.5)yuan and (15214.7±4128.1)yuan,(P<0.01).Conclusion The early postoperative enteral nutrition is a department to parenteral nutrition.It is plysiological safe and effective and its cost is lower.It may be performed routinely.[
