摘　　要：目的探讨全直肠系膜切除(TME)加双吻合器(DST)在低位直肠癌手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院1998～2004年35例直肠癌应用全直肠系膜切除加双吻合器行低位直肠前切除术的临床资料及经验。结果本组无手术死亡病例。吻合口瘘1例,吻合口狭窄1例,局部复发1例,无排尿及性功能障碍。结论全直肠系膜切除加双吻合器应用可保持盆腔脏器功能,是治疗低位直肠癌的有效方法。Objective To determine the effect of total mesorectal excision(TME)with double stapling Technique(DST)in lower rectal carcinoma.Methods 35 Patients with low rectal cancer from 1998 to 2004 were treated by low anterior resection of the rectal carcinoma in which TME and DST was used,were Valuated and the experience was presented.Results NO operative death was noted.Complication included anastomtic fistula in one patient and anastomtic stennosis in one patient,Local recurrence in one patient.NO dysuria and sexual dysfunction occurred.Conclusion TME with DST is not only an effective method to maintain pelvic organ function in lower rectal cancer,but also able to improve the living quality of patients and reduce local reccurence.[
