脑脊液置换联合鞘内注药治疗蛛网膜下腔出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脑脊液置换联合鞘内注药治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床疗效。方法:按照单盲随机方法将入选的蛛网膜下腔出血患者分为两组,对照组只进行常规治疗,观察组在进行常规治疗的基础上,采取脑脊液置换联合鞘内注药。结果:观察组与对照组临床总体疗效不同,差异有统计学意义。结论:根据目前资料可认为,脑脊液置换联合鞘内注药治疗蛛网膜下腔出血临床疗效优于单纯常规治疗。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) replacement combined with intrathecal injection on subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods: The patients suffered form SAH have been randomized divided into two groups ——the study group and control group. The study group was treated with CSF replacement combined with intrathecal injection and general therapy; the effects of both groups were compared. Results: The effect between the two groups is different (P=0.015), the study group has a better effect than the control group. Conclusion: The effect of CSF replacement combined with intrathecal injection on SAH is better than that of general method.
