摘　　要：我国膜分离技术在果汁澄清中的实际应用还处于起步阶段,前景乐观。介绍超滤技术澄清果汁的新工艺与传统的果汁澄清工艺,指出膜分离技术澄清果汁的优势,并论述了主要操作参数对膜通量的影响,以期为这一技术在果汁澄清中的应用推广提供一定的理论依据。Applications of membrane separation technology in the juice clarification are considered to have a promising market.In the paper,technical processes of ultrafiltration technology and traditional technology in applications to juice clarification were introduced, and the advantages of membrane separation technology in the industry of juice clarification were presented.The effects of main operational parameters on the membrane flux was also discussed.
