摘  要:目的:研究药物/HPMC比、HPMC粘度、HPMC粒径、压片压力及桨转速对双氯芬酸钾HPMC骨架片体外释放行为的影响。方法:以HPMC为骨架材料,制备双氯芬酸钾缓释片,测定其体外释放度。结果:药物/HPMC比和HPMC粘度显著影响双氯芬酸钾缓释片的释药速率,HPMC粒径、压片压力和桨转速对双氯芬酸钾缓释片释药速率影响较小。结论:通过使用不同粘度HPMC、调节药物/HPMC比可制得较为理想的双氯芬酸钾缓释片。Aim:To study the effect of diclofenac potassium∶hydroxylpropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) ratio, the HPMC viscosity, the HPMC particle size, the compression force, and the rotate speed of paddle on the release properties of diclofenac potassium from HPMC matrix tablets in vitro. Methods: Diclofenac potassium sustained release-tablet formulations were prepared by using HPMC as matrix materials. The release of diclofenac potassium was determined in vitro. Results: The release rate of diclofenac potassium was mainly controled by the drug∶HPMC ratio and the viscosity of HPMC. The effects of the particle size of HPMC, compression force, and rotate speed of paddle were not significant. Conclusions: The appropriate diclofenac potassium sustained release-tablet can be prepared by using∶HPMC with different viscosity grade and by regulating the drug∶HPMC ratio.
