摘  要:用两头带瘤胃瘘管的黄牛测定经干式NaOH法、尿素氨化法以及碱化-氨化复合处理法不同处理时间处理的双低菜籽壳瘤胃24h降解率,并与未作任何处理的双低菜籽壳(对照)进行了比较。试验结果表明,不同的处理时间对处理效果的差异不显著;但是经处理后除干式NaOH法的粗蛋白有所下降外,其他两组粗蛋白含量均提高5~7个百分点;而干物质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的降解率比自然风干后未经任何处理的都有明显的提高。因此,后两种处理方法不仅能提高粗纤维瘤胃降解率,而且能增加原料含氮量,是比较理想的化学处理方法。Conbined treatment of alcholization-ammonification rapeseed hulls were treated by NaOH(dry method),urea-ammonification, basify-ammoniation. Two yellow cattle with rumen fistula were used to determine the degradability of ADF&NDF. The untreated roughages were used as control. The results showed that disposal time has not obviously influenced to the results in the same group, but besides NaOH(dry method) treatment, other groups raised the crude protein by 5-7%.The degradability of DM&NDF&ADF have obviously increased compared with control. So the two later disposal ways can not only increased the degradation of fiber in rumen, but also improved the N-contain of material, which is the relatively perfect ways of chemical treatment.
