混合式后巩膜加固术治疗高度近视的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察同种异体巩膜混合式后巩膜加固术治疗高度近视的远期疗效及远期并发症。方法回顾性分析在常规后巩膜加固术基础上联合4个直肌间的异体巩膜片后巩膜面植入的混合式后巩膜加固术35例(49只眼),术后随访观察5～12年。结果术后裸眼视力或矫正视力较术前有不同程度的提高,眼轴增长及屈光度增加明显减缓,视野检查提示视网膜光敏度明显提高,无远期并发症。结论混合式后巩膜加固术是防止高度近视恶化一种安全有效的方法。Objective To observe the long-term curative effects and complications of the mixed posterior scleral reinforcement surgery which using human heterogeneous sclera.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 35 cases(49 eyes) that were treated by the mixed posterior scleral reinforcement surgery which implanted 4 heterogeneous sclera pieces between the all rectuses different from normal posterior scleral reinforcement surgery.Results Postoperative the naked visual acuity of all the case increased and the corrected acuity of most cases was stable or increased in 5～12 years follow-up,the average axial elongation and the increase of refractive diopter were less than the no-operation eyes group,the visual field sensitivity was manifest improved.none long-term complications occurred.Conclusions Mixed posterior scleral reinforcement surgery is a safe and effective treatment for preventing the progressing of high myopia.
