摘  要:目的观察外伤性闭角型青光眼的眼前节结构变化,探讨其发病机制。方法应用超声生物显微镜检查30例(31只眼)外伤性闭角型青光眼患者,急性期和恢复期眼前节形态结构,并进行定量测量。检查结果采用两组间配对t检验,进行统计分析。结果急性期睫状体厚度为(1.388±0.201)mm,恢复期为(1.308±0.135)mm,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。反映前房角改变的参数证实:急性期前房变浅,房角开放距离减小、小梁虹膜夹角度数减小、小梁睫状突距离减小,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论外伤性闭角型青光眼具有睫状体水肿及前转位、前房变浅及房角变窄的形态改变,而睫状体水肿及位置的改变可能与外伤性闭角型青光眼有关。Objective To study the changes of the ocular anterior segment structure and the mechanism of angle closure glaucoma after eye injury.Methods 30 patient(31eyes)who suffered from injury had been observed in the acute and convalescent stages.The quantitative measurement of the anterior segment structure in vivo had been done by UBM.The results were statistically analyzed.Results In the acute stage the thickness of the ciliary body was(1.388±0.201)mm and in the convalescent stage it was(1.308±0.135)mm,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Parameters reflecting the changes of the anterior chamber angle in the acute stage were as follows:the anterior chamber became shallower,the angle open distance decreased,the trabecular iris angle decreased in degree,trabecular ciliary process distance became shorter,and all these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Ciliary body edema,narrow anterior chamber angle and shallow anterior chamber were often found in angle closure glaucoma after eye injury;Ciliary body edema perhaps are related to the angle closure glaucoma after eye injury.
