安全区域主义:一种批判IPE分析视角——比约恩·赫特纳“新区域主义方法”述评

摘　　要：本文通过阐释赫特纳以批判国际政治经济学研究视角为学术视角的“新区域主义方法”的基本观点,解读了他关于安全区域主义的独特的“理论框架”,即发展区域主义与冲突预防、冲突的本质与动力、外部干涉的模式、和平管理与解决冲突的形式以及冲突后重建等,结合西方学术界的相关评论和当前区域主义的实践,分析了其理论和现实意义及其存在的一些不足。This paper introduces New Regionalism' s approach of contemporary Regionalism developed by Bj Rn Hettne, and summarizes its theoretical framework of security Regionalism from the perspectives of; international political economy, development of Regionalism, prevention of conflict, nature and dynamics of conflict, modes of external intervention, patterns of peace settlement and conflict resolution, as well as post-conflict reconstruction. In the meantime, it provides an overview on the theoretical and practical contributions and shortcomings of New Regionalism approach.
