摘　　要：针对高校图书馆队伍专业知识水平偏低、计算机网络知识贫乏、职业倦怠情绪偏重的现状,提出了具有凝聚力、上进心、战斗力和归宿感的队伍建设目标,论述了队伍建设的手段与方法。In the light of the present situation of the ranks of university library of that the special knowledge level is lower, the computer and network knowledge is poorer; and the professional languidness is severe, etc., this paper puts forward the target of the ranks construction, and discusses on the means and methods for the construction of the ranks.
