摘　　要：介绍低压短周期三聚氰胺浸渍纸饰面中密度纤维板的生产工艺控制,讨论压贴时的无压时间及三聚氰胺浸渍纸挥发分、预固化度和中密度纤维板基材质量技术指标波动对其生产过程与产品质量的影响;介绍生产中常见的产品质量缺陷并分析其产生原因。General requirements are given of the production process control for overlaying MDF with low pressure melamine impregnated paper. Inquires are made into the effects of the none pressure time in laminating press,the fluctuationo f volatilec ontenta nd precuringd egreeo ft hem elaminei mpregnated papera ndt heq uality indexv alueso f MDF on the production and product quality. Common product defects caused in the production are presented and the reasonsa nalysed.
