益气养阴合剂加减辨证治疗老年性痴呆

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟益气养阴方加减辨证治疗改善老年性痴呆患者智力的作用。方法:收集大同铁路中心医院2001-06/2003-03收治的22例轻、中度阿尔茨海默病患者(长谷川痴呆量表评分10～19分),所有病例服用以益气养阴为主的方剂(包括黄芪、何首乌、枸杞子各30g,淫羊藿、肉苁蓉、葛根各15g),在此基础上辨证加入和血脉、祛痰瘀、开心窍等药物,1剂/d,水煎服,早、晚各一次温服,连续服用3个月。服药前后应用长谷川痴呆量表评估患者的痴呆症状(长谷川痴呆量表评分较治疗前增加>8分为显效,增加5～8分为有效,增加不足5分为无效)。结果:按意向处理分析,22例患者全部完成治疗,进入结果分析。显效7例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率77%(17/22)。治疗中未出现明显不良事件和副反应。结论:自拟益气养阴方具有改善和增强阿尔茨海默病患者智力,具有补脑抗衰老、调和阴阳之效。AIM:To observe the treatment of self made Yiqi yangyin prescription by differ entiation of symptoms in ameliorating the intelligence of patients with Alzheime r disease. METHODS:Twenty two patients with mild or moderate Alzheimer disease (score of Hasegawa's dementia scale ranged 10 to 19),who were treated in Datong Railway C entral Hospital between June 2001 and March 2003,took Chinese herb with main pre scription [including membranous milkvetch root (30 g),tuber fleeceflower root (3 0 g),barbary wolfberry fruit (30 g),Korean epimedium herb (15 g),desertliving ci stanche (15 g),lobed kudzurine root (15 g)] for supplementing qi and nourishing yin,besides the drugs for regulating blood flow,removing phlegm and blood stasis ,and inducing resuscitation were added on the basis according to the differentia tion of symptoms, one dose per day;The drug was decocted with water,and taken wa rm once in the morning and evening respectively for continuous 3 months.The symp toms of dementia in the patients were assessed with Hasegawa's dementia scale be fore and after medication respectively (the score of Hasegawa's dementia scale i ncreased by more than 8 points as significant effect,5 to 8 points as effective, less than 5 points as invalid). RESULTS:According to intention to treat analysis, all the 22 patients finish ed the treatment, and were involved in the analysis of results.Seven cases had s ignificant effect, effective in 10.None of obvious bad events and side effects w ere observed in the treatment. CONCLUSION:The self made yiqi yangyin mixture can ameliorate and enhance the intelligence of patients with Alzheimer disease,it also plays a role in tonifyin g brain and delaying aging, and regulating yin and yang.
