摘　　要：目的:烧伤可引起机体一系列的应激反应,包括生理功能和心理状态的改变甚至可导致精神障碍的发生,探讨烧伤后患者心理的研究现状及影响因素。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1985-01/2005-01烧伤患者心理障碍有关的文章,检索词“Burn,Psychology并限定语言种类为English,以及2002-01/2004-12中文全文数据库,检索词“烧伤、心理”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选出包含研究目的的文献,筛除与目的无关的文献。纳入标准:中、重度烧伤患者的心理学调查,随机对照临床实验。临床实验研究包含平行对照组。排除标准:轻度烧伤患者。儿童烧伤患者。资料提炼:共找出相关性强的文献47篇,并查找全文,其中26篇涉及烧伤患者心理,8篇涉及烧伤患者心理学的概念,26篇涉及烧伤患者的心理学评估,11篇涉及影响烧伤患者心理的因素,排除21篇重复文章,共纳入26篇。资料综合:26篇文献中包括2153例患者,对烧伤后患者心理障碍的研究意义、概念、量表及影响因素进行综合分析,其影响因素为患者年龄,烧伤的程度、部位、面积,患者教育程度,心理学干预,社会支持,雇用,康复环境,经济环境等。结论:烧伤后心理障碍影响患者的临床救治、中期康复、晚期就业及社会功能,针对烧伤患者进行临床治疗、康复、就业等应想到上述问题,有针对性进行心理评?OBJECTIVE:Burn causes a series of stress reaction including alteration of ment al state,even psychological disorders.The purpose of this paper is to review the current research on the psychological disorders in burnt patients and the relat ed influencing factors. DATA SOURCES:The articles related to the psychological disorders in burnt pati ents published between January 1985 and January 2005 were searched for in Medlin e database using the Burn,Psychology' through internet,and language o f such articles was limited to English;Meanwhile,another search for the similar articles as above between January 2002 and December 2004 was performed in Chines e National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) using the same keywords as above but i n Chinese. STUDY SELECTION:After primary trial to the articles,the articles including stu dy objectives were selected,and those having nothing with study objectives were screened out.The relevant articles were enrolled with the inclusion criteria:psy chology survey in patients with above second degree burn,randomized controlled c linical trials;clinical trials including parallel control groups.Exclusion crite ria were:patients with first degree burn and pediatric cases. DATA EXTRACTION:Totally 47 closely related articles were selected to search fu ll papers,among which,26 were related to the research significance of psychology ,8 to the conception of psychology,27 to the psychological assessment scales and 11 to the influencing factors of psychology,21 articles were excluded because o f repeated studies.So,26 articles were included. DATA SYNTHESIS:The 26 articles were included for a total of 2 153 patients to summarize and analyze the conception,assessment scales and the influencing facto rs of psychology in burnt patients.The influencing factors of psychology in burn t patients were age,severity,location and area of burn,education level,psycholog ical intervention,social support,employment status,rehabilitation intervention a nd financial support,etc. CONCLUSION:Psychological disorder in bu
