摘　　要：目的:分析和探讨心理咨询中有关时间管理的实施方法,以更好地促进咨访关系的建立,从而保证咨询的顺利进行和患者满意度的提高。方法:利用心理动力学理论对时间设置及其相关现象进行分析。结果:心理咨询门诊采用预约制就诊方式是切实可行的,并且收到了一定的效果。在2004-06对哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院心理科患者的问卷调查中,患者满意度达98%以上。这对于医院内各种专家门诊、特色门诊在缩短患者候诊时间、改善就诊效果方面具有一定的实践意义。缓解了咨询过程中求助者的敏感、焦虑、愤怒、攻击或脱落。结论:清晰明确、周全、稳定、方便的时间管理及设置对促进咨访关系的建立与维持起着重要的作用。科学而有效的预约制方式与原始预约方式相比减少了候诊时间,提高了患者满意度,增强了心理咨询工作的科学性、严肃性和有效性。AIM:To analyze and investigate the implementary method about time management d uring psychological counseling,and better improve the establishment of relations hip between consultants and psychiatrists, so as to ensure that the counseling p rogress smoothly and improve the approval from the patients. METHODS:Time setting and its correlative phenomena were analyzed based on the theory of psychodynamics. RESULTS:Appointment was practically feasible in the out patient department of psychological counseling,and had received certain effects.The results of questi onnaire investigation to the patients of psychological department,the First Affi liated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in June 2004 showed that more than 98%of patients were satisfied with this consulting pattern.It was benefit for e ach kind of expert's out patient service in hospital to shorten waiting time an d improve consultation effect.At the same time,it alleviated sensitivity,anxiety ,anger,attack or loss for the patients. CONCLUSION:It plays an important role for definite,clear,considerate,stable an d convenient time management and setting to improve the establishment and maint enance of relationship between consultants and psychiatrists.Compared with prima ry appointment pattern,scientific and effective appointment serve mode reduces t he waiting time,improves the satisfaction of the patients,strengthens scientific value,seriousness and usefulness of psychological counseling.
