低强度氦氖激光血管内照射治疗对海洛因戒断症状抑制效应的定量评估(英文)

摘　　要：背景:低强度氦氖激光血管内照射疗法可以有效抑制戒断症状的发生,验证疗效假说需有定量化的标准评估。目的:自拟海洛因戒断症状标准评分,观察低强度氦氖激光血管内照射对戒断症状的抑制作用。设计:以海洛因吸毒患者为观察对象,随机对照试验。单位:新乡医学院分析测试实验室;郑州大学医学院激光医学研究中心。对象:实验于2003-01在郑州大学医学院激光医学研究中心完成。选择郑州戒毒所30名海洛因吸毒患者,其中男25例,女5例,年龄19～45岁,吸毒时间0.5～5.0年,吸毒量1.0～4.0g/d,随机分为实验组15例和对照组15例。干预:实验组于入院次日采用低强度氦氖激光血管内照射疗法治疗,照射功率2.0～3.0mW,功率密度7.07～10.6mW/mm2,1次/d,60min/d,10d为1个疗程,对照组采用美沙酮加盐酸丁丙诺啡(Me-Bup)常规戒毒疗法。观察毒瘾戒断者的12项突出症状,即呕吐、鸡皮疙瘩、出汗、烦躁不安、震颤、流泪、鼻充血、失眠、腹部变化、体温变化、肌肉痛、心率。每项症状按无、轻、中、重4级评分,分别记作0,1,2,3分,单项3分,总分36分。主要观察指标:两组患者治疗后戒断症状量化评分比较。结果:30例患者全部进入结果分析。实验组呕吐,失眠,烦躁,震颤,鸡皮疙瘩,腹痛的戒断症状评分[(2.0±0.5)分,(2.5±0.4)分,(4.6±0.3)分,(3.BACKGROUND:Intravascular low level laser irradiation(ILLLI) therapy with He Ne laser can effectively inhibit the occurrence of heroin withdrawal syndrome,bu t the therapeutic effect should be evaluated by quantitative standards. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of intravascular low level He Ne laser irra diation against withdrawal syndrome with intravenous according to the criteria p roposed by the authors. DESIGN:Randomized controlled trial in heroin addicted patients. SETTING:Analysis and Testing Laboratory of Xinxiang Medical College and Center of Laser Medical Research of Zhenzhou University Medical College. PARTICIPANTS:The study was completed in Center of Laser Medical Research in Zh engzhou University in January 2003.Thirty heroin addicts from the Detoxification Center of Zhengzhou including 25 male and 5 female patients aged 19-45 years w ere divided randomly into experimental group and control group with 15 cases in each.The patients' history of drug abuse ranged from 0.5 to 5 years and the dail y doses they took was 1.0-4.0 g. INTERVENTIONS:Patients in the experimental group were treated by ILLLI therapy after hospitalization.The therapy was administered once daily for 60 minutes in each session,for a total of 10 days for a treatment course.The irradiating powe r of the laser was 2.0-3.0 mW with a power density of 7.07-10.6 mW/mm2.Patient s in the control group were treated with conventional therapy with algidon combi ned with buprenorphine hydrochloride.The 12 main symptoms(vomiting,goose pimples ,sweating,agitation,shaking,lacrimation,nasal congestion,insomnia,abdominal pain ,body temperature changes,muscular pain,and heart rate changes) were scored for 0,1,2,and 3 corresponding to absent,mild,moderate,and severe symptoms,with the t otal score of 36. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Comparison of the scores for the withdrawal symptoms bet ween the two groups.
