摘  要:智能运输系统(ITS)是现代科学技术支持下的运输系统,该系统的开发和实施加强了道路、车辆、驾驶员和环境四者之间的联系,可提高公路的安全性、运输系统的效率和环境质量等。沙漠高速公路的特殊性,决定了其运行保障系统的复杂性。通过对ITS的分析研究,从主动控制的角度,围绕沙漠环境的特殊性以及由此而决定的交通运输系统各要素所受影响的严重程度和对沿线保障系统的依赖程度,分析保障系统总体结构及各组成要素(子系统)的组成和主要功能,探讨基于ITS技术的沙漠高速公路运行保障系统结构设计和系统功能设计,为提高该保障系统的智能化水平、快速反应能力和整体协调性提供思路。ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) is a transportation system which is supported by modern science and technology. Developing and applying this system can strengthen the relation among roads, vehicles, drivers and environments, improve the security of road, the efficiency of transportationsystem, the quality of environment and so on. The complexity of the running guarantee system of the desert expressway is determined by the particularity of the desert expressway. Through analyzing and studying ITS, the general structure of the running guarantee system, and the constituents and the primary functions of each component are analyzed from the viewpoint of active control and around the particularities of the desert environment, from which the ponderance of influenced factors of the transport system and the dependent degree of guarantee system along roads are determined. Finally the architecture and function of the running guarantee system on the desert expressway based on ITS technique are discussed. These thoughts are provided to improve intelligent level of the guarantee system, fast response ability and entirely harmonic ability.
