摘　　要：专业化经济与范围经济是生产过程中存在的两种典型经济规律,利用这两个经济规律来解释企业孵化器功能向风险投资延伸的原因,并对中间产品与企业制度之间的关系进行简单的论述,以便进一步分析企业孵化器与风险投资之间既融合又相对独立的经济现象。Economics of specialization and economics of scope are two typical economic rules,This paper tries to explain the extension of the functions of business incubator to venture capital investment.In this analysis,it discusses the relationship between intermediate goods and institution of a firm,which can help to analyze the economic phenomenon of the combination and relative separation between business incubator and venture capital investment.
