摘 要:目的探讨中级护理人员的聘用方法与管理模式。方法根据门诊各部门的管理需要设立岗位,在门诊实施中级护理人员竞聘上岗;对竞聘前后护理质量进行比较。结果护理质量各项指标提高。结论通过实施中级护理人员竞聘上岗,能有效实施门诊的层级管理,全面提高护理质量;优化护理队伍的配置;有利于激发护理人员的竞争意识与危机意识,提高护理人员的工作积极性。Objective To explore the appointment means and management mode of secondary level nurses.Methods We set up the duties and positions according to the demands of management in different sections of outpatients department to practice the system of competition to position in secondary level nurses and compared the quality of nursing before and after the practice.Result There were significantly improvement in the various index of the quality of nursing.Conclusion The system of competition to position in secondary level nurses could effectively fulfill the stratified management system,improve the quality of nursing wholly,optimize nurse staffing and was helpful to motivate the nurses’ consciousness of competition and crisis and improve their working enthusiasm.
