摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄胃癌患者全胃切除的围手术期处理。方法:回顾性分析1995年至2004年60岁以上高龄胃癌患者34例,其中全胃切除+Roux-y空肠代胃术5例,全胃切除+改良布朗Ⅱ式空肠代胃术29例。结果:围手术期无死亡病例,出现并发症10例,24例平稳度过围手术期。结论:高龄胃癌患者行全胃切除术围手术期处理对于手术成功率很重要。高龄并不是手术绝对禁忌证。Objective: To discuss perioperative medical managements of total gastrectomy in aged patients with gastric cancer. Method: Retrospective analysis of aged patients above 60 with gastric cancer in 34 cases, including 5 cases of total gastrectomy plus Roux-y anastomosis and 29 cases of gastrectomy plus modified Brown Ⅱ. Result: There was no death in perioperative period. 10 cases had complications. And 24 cases went safely through perioperative period. Conclusion:Perioperative medical managements of total gastrectomy in aged patients with gastric cancer are essential for the success of operations. Old age is not absolute contraindication for the operations.
