摘　　要：[目的]以四环素B,C,D环为模板,设计并合成其蒽醌类似物.[方法]以蒽醌为母核,以四环素B,C,D环中可能与趋骨性有关的结构,合成简化类似物,并通过核磁共振检查进行确认.[结果]合成了1,4二羟基9,10蒽醌、1羟基4氯9,10蒽醌及1甲基4羟基9,10蒽醌3种化合物.OBJECTIVETo design and synthesize its analogs by taking the phenol-β-diketone structure in the ring of the tetracycline as the modle.METHODSAnthraquinone as the core, the simplified tetracycline B, C, D ring analogs were synthesized and characterized by H睳MR.RESULTS1, 4-dihydroxy-9, 10-anthraquinone, 4-chloro-1-hydroxy-9, 10 -(anthraquinone) and 4 hydroxy-1-methyl-9, 10-anthraquinone were synthesized.
