综合评分法在肺癌临床诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合评分法在肺癌临床诊断中的应用。方法采用综合评分法对107例经病理学确诊的肺癌患者的临床表现进行综合评价。结果评分>100以上者67例,诊断符合率为62.62%;80～99分者19例,60～79分者14例,40～59分者7例,39分以下者0例。结论综合评分法对肺癌的诊断有较大的价值,可提高肺癌的诊断率。Objective To probe the aplications of integrated Scoring System in clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods The integrated Scoring System was employed to evaluation the clinical manifestation of 107 cases with lung cancer which had been diangnosis by pathology.Results Scoring of 67 cases were more than 100,which correspondence rate was 62.62 percent,compared with pathological diagnosis;19 cases showed 80～99, 14 cases did 60～79,7 cases did 40～59,and 0 case showed less than 39.Conclusion Scoring System has very importent value to diagnosis of lung cancer,which can heighten diagnostic correspondence rate of lung cancer.
