摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下手术治疗结直肠肿瘤的临床疗效、可行性及手术方法。方法采用腹腔镜下手术治疗结直肠肿瘤6例。结果腹腔镜手术4例,中转开腹手术2例。无手术死亡发生。手术平均时间3h,术中平均出血100ml。结论腹腔镜下手术治疗结直肠肿瘤具有创伤小,术后恢复快等优点。Objective To explore the clinical effect、feasibility and procedures of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal tumors.Methods Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal tumors was performed in 6 cases.Results Four patients with colorectal tumors underwent laparoscopic surgery,2 patients were converted to open procedure.No one was died.The mean operation time was 3 hours and the mean blood loss was 100 ml.Conclusion laparoscopy-assited surgery for colorectal tumors has advantages for its shorter recovery period and minimal invasion.
