摘　　要：高职高专教育与普通高等教育的专业建设有着很大的区别。高职高专的人才培养目标是高等应用型技术人才和管理人才,因此,其专业建设的指导思想与普通高校专业建设的指导思想有明显地不同,具有鲜明地特色。提出用动态模型分析高职高专的专业建设是符合高职特点的,通过整个模型的动态管理可以使专业建设更趋合理性,更能适应社会需求的变化。There're many differences between the specialty construction of higher education and that of regular higher education and training education.The objective of talented persons training is the higher technological personnel and management personnel.Thus,the guiding idea has its own features.It's more reasonable to analyze its specialty construction by using dynamic model and the dynamic management of the whole model.It can adapt to the demands of our society better.
