摘　　要：为保证医院重症病人抢救护理及突发公共卫生事件的救治工作,成立了医院重症护理应急队,在医院护理人力不足的情况下保证了危重病人护理质量,提高了抢救水平,促进了科室间重症护理技术的优势互补,提高了重症护理水平。In order to ensure the rescue and nursing of the intensive patients in our hospital and to cope with public health events,we set up a nurse group to meet an emergency.The group guaranteed the quality of nursing services provided to intensive patients,which improved the rescue level,enhanced the superiority complementary among different departments,and elevated the nursing level of intensive care.
