摘　　要：从博弈论的角度分析了我国科技型中小企业的R&D投入必要性,因为它在一定程度上反映了国家经济增长的潜力和可持续发展的能力,从科技型中小企业的R&D投入与政府及大企业的投入关系博弈分析,阐明了我国政府在科技型中小企业的R&D投入中承担着政策和体制支持的重要作用。The significance of R&D input in small & medium-sized technological enterprises is analyzed form the angle of game theory. It reflects the potential of national economy increase and the capability of sustainable development. The relationships between the input of R&D in and small & medium-sized technological enterprises and that in government and large enterprises are analyzed using game theory. The importance of government functions in R&D input in small & medium -sized technological enterprises are clarified.
