摘　　要：传统图书馆受到Internet的巨大冲击,基于知识全新和知识增值服务的数字图书馆,才是图书馆转型的根本所在,也是数字图书馆发展的主要动力源泉。The traditional library receives the enormous impact of Internet, on the basis of knowledge being brand-new with the digital library of the knowledge value-added service, it is the basic point of making the transition in the library, it is the main motive force that makes the digital library develop too.
