摘  要:通过SynchronLX 2 0临床生物化学分析仪检测了骨髓增生异常增生综合征(MDS)患者血清微量元素Ca、P、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu的水平,比较了MDS -RA和再障患者微量元素含量的变化,探讨了其变化的临床意义。结果表明,MDS患者血清Cu的含量高于正常对照组,Fe、Zn含量低于正常对照组;MDS -RA患者Ca、P、Fe、Zn、Cu水平与再障组比较无显著差异,但Mg水平却低于再障组。提示微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu的含量,与不同疾病的状态及其恶性程度相关联;血清Mg的监测,可能有利于早期鉴别MDS与再障。The levels of serum Ca,P,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu in myelodysplastic syndrome's patients were determined by using the clinical biochemical analyzing equipment Synchron LX 20.The serum Ca,P,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu of samples with aplastic anemia and myelodysplastic syndrome were monitored respectively.The result showed that the level of Cu of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome in incipient stage was higher than those of patients with control,yet the levels of Fe,Zn were lower than the latter.There is no any singnificant difference on the level of Fe,Zn,Cu of patients between the MDS-RA group and the aplastic anemia group.But the level of Mg in patients with MDS was lower than those in aplastic anemia.It concludes the monitoring of trace element of Fe,Zn,Cu reflect the malignancy degree and behavior in different diseases.The mornitoring of the level of Mg in blood serum may help to differentiate the MDS from aplastic anemia in earlier period.
