摘  要:目的探讨白内障摘出对蓝/黄视野的影响。方法对20例(20眼)白内障行白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术,手术前后,应用瑞士Octopus101全自动视野计进行白/白和蓝/黄视野检查,将所得结果进行分析比较。结果白内障术前,白/白和蓝/黄视野检测的视网膜光敏感度均值(MS)、平均缺损(MD)分别比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.001)。白内障术后,白/白和蓝/黄检测的MS、MD分别比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.001)。白内障术后,两种视野检查法所测得的MS、MD均有显著改善。术后白/白视野检测的MS值较术前增高(4.33±3.78)dB;术后蓝/黄视野检测的MS值较术前增高(5.83±3.02)dB。两种视野检查法术后视野指数改善程度比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论白内障摘出对白/白和蓝/黄视野均有改善,改善程度一致。Objective To evaluate the influence of cataract extraction on bule-on -yellow visual field. Methods Before and after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,the white-on-white perimetry(W/W P) and blue-on-yellow perimetry(B/Y P)in the Octopus 101 automated perimeter was used to examine the visual field of 20 cataract cases(20 eyes).A comparison and statistical analysis on the examine results was carried out. Results Before cataract surgery,the visual field indices of mean light sensitivity(MS) of W/W P was significantly higher than that of B/Y P,and the mean defect(MD) of W/W P was significantly lower than that of B/Y P.After cataract surgery,MS of W/W P was significantly higher than that of B/Y P,MD of W/W P was significantly lower than that of B/Y P.Both of MS and MD on the two perimetries improved significantly.MS of W/W P showed a rise of (4.33±3.78) dB,and MS of B/Y P showed a rise of (5.83±3.02)dB.The amounts of the indices improvement of the two perimetries showed no significant changes. Conclusion Cataract extraction causes improvement in both W/W P and B/Y P. The amounts of the indices improvement of the two perimetries are coincident.
