摘　　要：为了使用标量有限差分波束传输法求解耦合的波动方程,使用两套网格分别代表两种耦合场变量(TE模或TM模),建立无条件稳定的隐式差分方程组,精确求得完全模转换的转换长度,针对二维LiNbO3TETM转换器给出算例。In order to solve coupling wave equations by scalar finite difference beam propagation method instead of complicated vector FD-BPM,we use two sets of grids, which are nested together and represented one field variable (TE mode or TM mode) respectively. The formulization of this method is outlined and we take a 2-Dimension LiNbO3 TETM convertor as a example, the accurate converting length is worked out.
