摘  要:为快速评价涂装的耐腐蚀性能,采用恒电流充电法对6种涂装分别进行极化,依据建立的等效模型,采用Matlab语言编程进行数值解析,求得各涂装极化电阻。从而对各涂装的耐腐蚀性能进行评价。结果与传统的耐腐蚀测定相当吻合。表明该方法可以对防腐蚀涂装的耐腐蚀性能进行快速定量分析。In order to evaluate the corrosion resistant performance of the coating system quickly, the six kinds of the coating system were polarized by the galvanostatic charge curve methodology. The polarizing resistance of the system was obtained separately based on the equivalent model by the Matlab languag e programme. Simultaneously, the performance of the coating system was evaluated. The conclusion is in line with the traditional method examination. It proves th at th e theoretical analysis is correct and the model is reliable. It comes up with th e new way to evaluate the corrosion resistant performance. It sho ws the method can analyze the perfor mance of the coating system quickly.
