摘　　要：随机选取上海地区汉族人305例,用PCR/Bsl I酶切法检测蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B基因P387L突变,对琼脂糖电泳提示突变的样本全部进行DNA测序。单纯肥胖组中有5例发生该突变,正常对照组中未发现该突变。提示该基因P387L变异可能与中国人肥胖发生相关。Pro387Leu mutation of protein typrosine phosphatase-1B (PTP-1B) gene was determined by PCR/Bsl I digestion in 305 subjects of Han nationality in Shanghai. The sequence of the mutated gene was detected with DNA sequencer. Five subjects with Pro387Leu mutation were found in simple obesity group and no one with this mutation was found in control group, suggesting that there is possibally a relation between Pro387Leu mutation of PTP-1B gene and obesity in Chinese .
