高脂喂养大鼠血清瘦素水平与肝脏瘦素受体mRNA的表达

摘　　要：与正常大鼠相比,肥胖大鼠血清瘦素升高(P<0.05),而肝内瘦素受体mRNA表达降低(P<0.05),两者呈负相关(r=-0.823, -0.827,均P<0.05),提示肥胖大鼠高血清瘦素对瘦素受体mRNA表达有抑制作用。Compared with the controls, serum leptin level was elevated in obese rats fed with high fat diet (P<0.05) and the expression of OB-Rb mRNA in liver of obese rats was decreased (P<0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between serum leptin concentration and expressions of OB-Ra, OB-Rb mRNA in obese rats (both P<0.05), suggesting that elevated leptin inhibits expressions of OB-Ra and OB-Rb mRNA in liver of obese rats.
