摘 要:测定岳阳南湖水环境中叶绿素a并同时分析其水质.结果表明:南湖水域叶绿素a呈现明显的时空变化特征:夏季,春季,秋季,冬季依次降低,麦子港水域叶绿素a含量大于湖心水域.叶绿素a含量与环境因子有关,即与水温、水质营养因子、五日生化需氧量、高锰酸盐指数有关.南湖N,P满足藻类生长需要,春季总P对数值与夏季叶绿素a对数值呈线性关系.南湖叶绿素a含量变化在1.75~3.62 mg/m3,说明南湖水体处于中-富营养状态.The survy of chlorophyll-a was carried out in South-lake in Yueyang city from Jan.,2003 to Dce.,2003 respectively,with the water quality at the same time.The result shows that chlorophyll-a concentration appeared higher in spring and summer than in antumn and winter,higher in Maizigang than in the center of Southlake,presents significant change,its distibution and concentration were correlated with some environmental factors such as water temperature,BOD5,CODMn and nutrient factors,TP and TN were enough to meet needs of Algae.Linear relationships between the log10[TP] in Spring and the log10[chla] in Summer.Southlake was eutrophied according to chlorophyll-a concentration from 1.75 to 3.62 mg/m3.
