摘　　要：在现代西方科学发展观中,逻辑与历史、理性与非理性、量变与质变、确定性与非确定性之间的关系问题,一直是其长期争论不休而又未能得到正确解决的一些重大而基本的问题,这是导致科学哲学各派之间和内部尖锐对立、其理论体系时髦周期缩短的主要原因.从而表明,唯物辩证法是现代科学发展观的基石,科学发展过程本身充满了丰富的辩证性内容,若硬将这一过程的某一方面加以夸大或绝对化,则势必会铲断科学生存与发展的内在根基.In the course of western development, the relations between logic and history, sense and nonsense, quantitative change and qualitative change, determinate quality and indeterminate quality are not only fundamental issues that have given rise to much endless controversy among different schools of scientific philosophy, but also one of the main causes that have aroused many sharp conflicting ideas making the vogue of each theory only have a hasty trip or come to a premature end. The present study is to make it clear that material dialectics are the footstone of modern scientific notions; the process of science development is itself full of dialectical features in essence. Any attempt to over-magnify or absolutize one aspect of the process will inevitably shovel off the base of the existence and development of science.
