摘　　要：应用AQUAVAC ESC疫苗在中国广西进行斑点叉尾肠道败血症的免疫预防试验,以评估该疫苗的效能。结果表明,疫苗对鱼苗是安全的。AQUAVAC ESC灵敏度高,鱼苗阶段就能刺激鱼的免疫系统产生特异性抗体。合理使用AQUAVAC ESC可以提高饲料转化率,降低生产成本。The efficacy of Aquavac-ESC vaccine was evaluated against enteric septicemia of catfish(ESC) in Guangxi province of China.The result indicated that the vaccine was safe.Aquavac-ESC could stimulate the immune system of channel catfish to produce specific antibody even in the fry stage.It suggested that proper application of Aquavac-ESC would provide economical benefits to the farmers.
