摘　　要：高校毕业生就业问题,是全社会关注的焦点,如何引导高校特别是地方高校毕业生就业,是政府、社会和学校的责任。以人为本,做好毕业生就业工作,对保持社会稳定,构建和谐社会都具有十分重要的意义。The employment of graduates from colleges or universities,especially from local universities or colleges,is the focal point for government, colleges and even the whole society, how to solve the problem is the most important to keep the whole society steady and build the harmonious society.
