摘　　要：本文从缩略词“CEPA”的出现、传播及其影响入手,分析了外来词引入的一般规律和“CEPA”一词使用的不规范性,提出媒体要慎用英文缩略词,不要随意地使用“CEPA”这样的缩略词,以保持祖国语言文字的纯洁。This article analyses the general law of the introduction of the alien words and the incorrect use of the word “CEPA”(Closer Economic Partnership Arrange ment) from the appearance, spread and influence of the acronym “CEPA”. It suggests the media use English acronyms carefully and not use the word as “CEPA” carelessly so as to maintain the purity of our language.
