煤用乳化捕收剂的应用研究

摘　　要：从理论上阐述了乳化剂的作用机理,指出在捕收剂中加入少量KM乳化剂,不但可以减少捕收剂的药耗,而且可以改善浮选的选择性,提高浮选速度,具有明显的经济效益。使用乳化捕收剂还可以减少外排尾矿水含油量,有利于环境保护。The paper gives an account of effecting mechanism of emulsifier and points that adding small amount of emulsifier into collector will not only cut down the collector consumption but also improve the selectivity of flotation process, therefore, give remarkable economic benefit. Oil amount lost in discarded tailings can be thus reduced, that is beneficial to environment protection.
