摘　　要：6月5日,中国林产品经销协会、中国林业产业协会(筹)和绿色中国杂志社主办的"合作托管造林的规范化经营高层论坛"在北京召开,与会的林业专家、政府官员和企业家在肯定合作托管造林前景广阔的同时,就合作托管造林中涉及到的政策、法律、金融安全、林业科学以及如何加强引导和监管,营造有利于合作托管造林健康发展的市场环境等问题发表了各自的看法.As a new forestation model, cooperation trusteeship forestationhas been effectively absorbing the idle capital to forestry industry. Atthe same time, it has triggered some social problems and is questionedby the media and the public because the lack of standard operation andeffective management, as well as the frail social trust following.Recently, Cooperation Trusteeship Forestation Normalization Forumwas hold in Beijing. Specialists on forestry, government officials andentrepreneurs discussed issues such as forestry science and the policy,law and finance safeness problems involved in cooperation trusteeshipforestation, and how to strengthen guidance and supervision and createthe healthy market environment.
