“生态环境建设的提法”合理吗?

摘　　要：现在"生态环境建设"一词,在我国被广泛使用,而且为政府文件甚至为宪法所认定.但中国工程院的钱正英、沈国舫和刘昌明三位院士提出,"生态环境建设"这个名词事实上不符合科学,与国际用语不接轨,在国内外都有一定负面影响,建议对"生态环境建设"的提法进行改正.Today,the term “ecological environmentrestoration”is widely used in China and acceptedby government documents and even constitution.However, according to Qian Zhengying, ShenGuofang and Liu Changming, Academicians of Chi-nese Academy of Engineering, this term is unscien-tific and out of the line with international one andbrings negative influence. In accordance with theirsuggestion, State Council of PRC demands ChinaNational Committee for Terms in Sciences and Tech-nologies to hold a forum to examine this term.
