摘  要:目的评价壳聚糖磷脂复合物防治老年性痴呆的效果和安全性。方法运用分层随机抽样方法抽取观察对象60名,将观察对象随机分为到实验组和对照组,实验组给予壳聚糖磷脂复合物,对照组给予安慰剂淀粉丸。运用脑电超慢涨落图测量ET谱线变化;基本认知能力测验软件测量7项基本认知能力;通过问卷和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)判定ADL得分。所得资料应用SAS6.12统计软件分析处理。结果除胆碱能受体含量外,试验组与对照组相比老年性痴呆患者的生理指标、心理认知能力及生活活动能力都发生了变化(P<0.01);反映人脑内神经递质变化的ET指标S5乙酰胆碱和反映人的认知能力的指标X3汉字旋转效率、X4数字工作记忆广度、X7无意义图形再认存在相关关系。结论壳聚糖磷脂复合物促进恢复神经元神经递质含量,从而改善老年性痴呆患者的记忆和认知功能,提高生活质量。Objective To study the effects and the mechanisms of chitosan-phsospholipid complex compared piracetam on the patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD).Methods According to the principle of random sampling,60 patients with Alzheimer's disease were selected for cases and controls.The patients of experiment were treated by chitosan-phsospholipid,and the ones of control were treated by placebo.Ncephaloeletricity technology were applied to measure the change for ET;the software of basic perceive ability were applied to measure 7 basic perceive ability;ADL were used to determine the score of ADL.Screening the index that reflects the effect of durgs by one-way statistical analysis and canonical correlation analysis,after then the index with statistical significance entered into modern multivariate analytical course completed by SAS 6.12.Results The index on physiology was statistical significance except for S_3 of ET (P<0.01);the perceive and the score of ADL on social factor were statistical significance(P<0.01).There were canonical correlation between X_3,X_4,X_7 and S_5.Conclusion The chitosan-phsospholipid complex has an evidence therapy-effect on the patients with AD by improving the AchE contents of the neuron.
