摘　　要：目的研究壳聚糖磷脂复合物(CPC)对老年认知障碍患者脑功能的影响。方法32例老年认知障碍患者随机分为2组,分别予以固定剂量的安慰剂,CPC2个月,采用脑电超慢涨落图仪(ET)记录患者服药前后的12导脑电波并分析其脑电功率和ETS谱线的各项指标的变化。结果服用CPC2月后,多项ETS谱线(S1,S2,S4,S5,S7)有显著性变化(P<0.01)。结论CPC能显著改善老年认知障碍患者的脑功能。Objective To observe the effects of Chitosan-phospholipid complex on the cognitive capacity and brain function of patients of senile dementia patients.Methods Thirty-two patients were selected and the subjects were divided into two groups stochastically.The sixteen patients in the control group took placebo.The sixteen patients in the CPC group received CPC therapy (3g/d) continually for two months.After that,the patients'twelve leads brain waves were detected by Encephal of luctuogram Technology apparatus which was produced by Beijing Huayang international technology company and then the brain electric power and several indexes of the S spectrum line of Encephal of luctuogram were analyzed.Results After two months therapy of CPC,several index of ET S spectrum line changed notably(P<0.01).Conclusion CPC has evident therapy effect to patients of senile dementia.
