摘　　要：本文探讨了数字化技术给传统图书馆带来的七个方面的革命性变革。馆藏增加了数字化信息的定购、收藏与挖掘;工作内容变为信息的选择、数据的生成、标识与描述;改变了传统的服务模式;业务内容增加了网上订购、网上咨询等;应增加信息中心、网上读者服务部等部门;图书馆理念应转变到重服务质量;人员观念转变为具有较强综合能力和知识水平的高层次信息服务人员。The author discussed 7 revolutionary reforms of traditional library br ought by digital technology in this paper.Ordering,collection and mining of digi tal information have been added to library collection.Work content has transform ed into information selection,data reduction,label index and description.The tra ditional service model has been changed with addition of internet ordering and i nternet consultation. Moreover, information center and internet readers'service department have been established.Library concept has shifted its focus on servic e quality.For the librarians, more advanced knowledge and ability are demanded in the future.
