摘　　要：通过分析网络环境下图书馆参考咨询服务的内容和形式,阐述了复合图书馆参考咨询服务的发展趋势,以及如何在网络环境下做好图书馆参考咨询服务。旨在全面加强参考咨询工作,进一步提高图书馆的服务水平和服务质量。The development tendency of reference service in the library under network environment is expatiated in this paper by analyzing its contents and forms, meanwhile how to perform the reference service is discussed, which aims at strengthening the reference service and increasing the service quality.
