摘　　要：科学发展观主旨是坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展。以此为标准来审视我国成人高等教育的发展,需要确立以人为本的价值观、以人为本的科学规模观、以人为本的科学质量观、以人为本的科学结构观和以人为本的科学效益观,并以此探讨建构成人高等教育的发展模式。The main ideal of the scientific development view is adhering to the principle of“people first”, forming the view of the overall, coordinative sustainable development and promoting the all-round development of economic society and man. Examining the development of our adult higher education by this standard, this paper considers it necessary to establish the values view, scientific scale view, scientific quality view, scientific structure view and scientific benefit view based on the principle of“people first”.It also discusses the development model of adult higher education.
